Michael Wu is a co-founder of Amber Group and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since its inception, leading the firm’s strategic vision, global expansion, and innovation in digital asset management. Since February 2024, he has also been a Director of Amber DWM. Before founding Amber Group, he was a Portfolio Manager at Arete Capital Partners, focusing on macro and quantitative trading strategies. Prior to that, he was an FX & Rates Trader at Morgan Stanley, specializing in structured products and market-making. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dartmouth College (2013).

As a co-founder of Amber Group, he has played a critical role in building its global operations and risk management frameworks. He has been the firm’s Chief Operating Officer since inception and a Director of Amber DWM since February 2024. Since November 2024, he has also served as CEO of Amber DWM, overseeing its institutional investment strategies. Before Amber Group, Wayne was an FX Options Trader at Morgan Stanley, specializing in derivatives trading and risk analytics.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Finance & Economics from University of Toronto (2012) and a Master’s degree in Mathematical Finance from New York University (2013).

Josephine Ngai Yuk Chun has been CFO of ICLK since March 2024, having previously served as Vice President of Finance and Group Financial Controller. She is also an independent director at Man Shun Group (Holdings) Limited (HKEX:1746). With extensive experience in auditing and financial management, she has held senior roles in Hong Kong-listed conglomerates and worked at a Big Four accounting firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an EMBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
